Cancellation Policy:
30 days prior: Full refund less bank or transfer fees and an admin fee of 250 per person per tour.
Under 30 day: Get credit towards Hello El Nido Booking or 50% refund less bank or transfer fees.
15 days prior: Get credit towards future booking less admin fees.
7 days prior of your arrival: No refunds
If the Coast Guard cancels then your tour would get rescheduled the following day or a full refund less 250 admin fee per person per tour less bank or transfer fees if any.
Your refund will be returned the same way you paid. Please allow 10 days for a refund after your written request for refund has been received.
