ISLAND TOURS
HELLO EL NIDO has a complete package of tours, with each tour including our exclusive buffet of grilled meat, fresh seafood, and variety of fruits and vegetables. The (LGU) Local Government Unit had implemented “hands off” boat food preparation and service til further notice. We have discounted the current offering to reflect this. We now include food purchased from DOT Accredited Restaurants served in Bento Boxes. You can bring extra food and drinks but kindly dispose of your trash at designated trash bins only. Our tours are led only by Tour Guides licensed by El Nido Office of Tourism. All tours are from 9AM to 4PM daily. Fees are per person, ages 7 and up. Children 3 to 6 years of age are half off. Please note their details on your order and you can settle directly when you get your Booking Voucher.
REGULAR Tour A visits Secret Lagoon, Payong Beach, 7 Commandos Beach, South Miniloc (snorkeling) Shimizu island or a replacement island. If you add Big or Small Lagoon we will drop either Payong. All Tours (A, B, C or D) will consist of 5 island stops.
/!\ PREMIUM Tour A adds Big Lagoon or Small Lagoon that requires 1-day advanced booking for entrance permits inside Big or Small Lagoon.

PLEASE READ: During Peak Season December - April we will substitute Big Lagoon with Small Lagoon in the event your choice is not available. However, we will do our very best to book your selected lagoon. Permits are first come first served and permits are not released 3-7 days prior.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days prior: Full refund less bank or transfer fees and an admin fee of 250 per person per tour.
Under 30 day: Get credit towards Hello El Nido Booking or 50% refund less bank or transfer fees.
15 days prior: Get credit towards future booking less admin fees.
7 days prior of your arrival: No refunds
If the Coast Guard cancels then your tour would get rescheduled the following day or a full refund less 250 admin fee per person per tour less bank or transfer fees if any.
Your refund will be returned the same way you paid. Please allow 10 days for a refund after your written request for refund has been received.
